SCULPTURE

The Barber has a small but varied collection of sculpture by European artists such as Roubiliac, Rodin, Degas and Naum Gabo.

It covers most media - from marble and wax to terracotta and bronze - and techniques, and ranges from a tiny ivory carving to a life-size equestrian monument. There are also a few select pieces from West Africa, Egypt, China, Thailand and Iran.
