Unless specified otherwise, booking for all our events is essential. With a regular programme of events for people of all ages, there’s always plenty for you to do at the Barber. To book a place on any of our events, or for further information, please contact education@barber.org.uk or 0121 414 2261. Please note that booking for weekend workshops closes at 4pm on the Friday before.

BARBER FINE ART LIBRARY

The library is a specialist research level collection of over 50,000 books, exhibition catalogues and sale catalogues on Western art covering most of the major European schools of painting from the early Renaissance to twenty-first century, the history of collecting, and also some Byzantine art.
