During the Covid-19 lockdowns, we delivered our Barber Schools pilot project. During this pilot, we designed and delivered live online workshops to support at-home learners. These workshops are now available as part of our 2021-22 Barber Schools offer.
Allowing us to bring our collection to you, join us for a live online session where we can notice, question, interact with and respond to one artwork in the Barber’s collection. We will introduce you to a gallery and an artwork within it, before providing you with an insight of how we use the galleries and artwork as a catalyst for exploring art and also the world around us.
Designed and available for Secondary Schools and Home Learners, KS3-5.
Facilitated by a member of the Barber’s Learning and Engagement team.
Duration: 45 min to 1 hour and can be hosted by your school over Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Classrooms.
Currently free, these sessions are subsidised by the Barber Institute of Fine Arts as part of our commitment to support and broaden access to high-quality creative learning experiences. Booking is essential and is subject to the Barber team’s online availability.
