How has the global pandemic affected your way of thinking?

The collective experience of the pandemic may help us gain a better understanding of artists’ responses to similarly intense, and often turbulent, periods of change.

Beyond Representation (open from 21 January) invites you to reflect upon the ways in which international artists constructed new perceptions of the world in the twentieth century, paying particular attention to conceptions of physical space.

Join Lucy Gray, Collections Intern, as she introduces the careful selection, display, themes and ideas behind this new display.

All levels and abilities are welcome. This free talk is open to anyone 18+ and will be held at the Barber.

Limited spaces; booking essential.
