WRITING WORKSHOPS

  • Develop your writing and explore new approaches in monthly workshops, inspired by the Barber’s collection.

For adults of all writing ability and levels of experience, workshops are led by Jacqui Rowe, former Barber writer-in residence.

BARBER HERITAGE

As part of Birmingham Heritage Week, get inspired by archival material and photographs from the history of the Barber.

Gather words from all over the Barber to use as openings, endings, and components of collage texts, and have a go at writing alternative labels for artworks.
