Lates – Loaf: Shaping Spaces and Sourdough

Food plays a central role in bringing people and communities together.

Join Loaf, a local non-profit cooperative bakery, to discover the history of naturally-leavened sourdough and the place of food in the Barber’s collection.

And then get hands-on to learn how to shape your very own loaf.

Take home bread made by the bakery, along with a sourdough starter to share with your family and friends.

Based in Stirchley, Loaf is a bakery and cookery school which aims to promote ‘real food and healthy living in Birmingham, and build community through food.’ Find out more about the cooperative on their website.
