Kate Royal and Joseph Middleton

Wednesday 31 January, 7.30pm

Kate Royal soprano
Joseph Middleton piano

British soprano Kate Royal’s numerous awards include the 2004 Kathleen Ferrier Award, the 2004 John Christie Award, and the 2007 Royal Philharmonic Society Young Artist Award. She has since gone on to become one of the country’s finest opera singers and recitalists – with appearances in Europe’s major opera houses.

Recitals have taken her across the world and we are delighted to welcome her with the UK’s most well respected art song pianist Joseph Middleton for a programme of Lieder, and art song, as well as operatic arias from some of the many roles that Kate has played over the years.
