Get drawing on the first Saturday of the month!
Join us on the first Saturday of each month and be inspired to get drawing. Whether a complete beginner, a returning enthusiast or a drawing addict artist tutor Adrian Clamp will guide you through an immersive day of drawing.
Each month you will experience a different process, material or subject matter all whilst exploring the Barber works on paper collection, studying our paintings in more depth or getting inspired by the building and our campus surroundings.

Mechanical forms are a great source of inspiration for artist and designers to get to grips with their understanding of interlocking parts, structures and geometric form using axis, geometry and tone. We will be referring to and producing diagrams to assist with your understanding and development of knowledge using a range of drawing systems. Once again we will select and discuss works from the Barber store/archive.
